Meditate & Find Peace

Since we are kinda on a “Time Out” by being mostly home-bound because of Covid, I can’t think of a better time to learn about and practice – meditating. Meditating can be your saving grace in handling the frustrations, fears and anxieties that are (no doubt) being created from dealing with the challenges of living with a deadly disease and home-confinement limitations.


When you meditate, you alter yourself. Your soul transitions out of the fears that your mind holds, because your soul lifts out of your body and can connect closer to your Guides and Angels and God.
